Green Bay Packers icon Aaron Rodgers has been in the limelight this off-season NFL season.
Rodgers signed a new three-year contract worth $ 150.8 million with Packers during the off-season. He also saw Pro Bowl’s broadband receiver, Davante Adams – who led the team in the 2017-21 yard pickup – to the Las Vegas Raiders.
In an interview with FOX Sports NFL reporter Erin Andrews, which aired on FOX NFL Sunday, Rodgers described Adams no longer with Packers as “weird,” but said the anticipation of the team’s offensive remains unchanged in 2022.
“I told the guys today,” It doesn’t matter who’s playing, the standard never changes, “said Rodgers. “The expectation of excellence will always be with you when you play for this team and when I lead your offensive.”

Rodgers also made headlines for his off-season use of Ayahuasca, a combination of plants designed around psychoactive experiences that the quarterback said improved his performance both on and off the pitch.
“I did ayahuasca in 2020 and won two MVPs,” said Rodgers. “I can’t believe it’s a coincidence. I don’t really believe in coincidences. I believe in science and synchronicity and really feel that what allowed me to do was have more love for the game, more play, more love for my teammates and maybe I had the best season of my career in 2020 and then last years with an even greater integration of many of these lessons ”.
Moreover, the Packers quarterback feels he has a better relationship with his teammates after his off-season experiences.
“At the entry level, I have a much better understanding of who I am and I think it has helped me be a better leader and possibly a better player in the end,” said Rodgers.
Rodgers won the NFL MVP in a row. He finished last season with 4,115 passes, 37 passes, four steals and 111.9 playmakers, finishing 68.9% of his passes.
