From Chapter 3 onwards, you will be able to collect music songs in FF7 Remake, either through collaborations with other items or NPCs, or by purchasing them from stores and retail machines. The music on display is not from the right across the FF series as FF15’s car music opens, but instead features remixes of high quality FF7 music – nostalgia overload!

While Music Discs in FF7 Remake have a timeline – numbered – the titles do not match the order in which they appear in the game. The 27th disc in the game, for example, is only found in Chapter 3. While we have a timeline on this page as well, with the sub-chapter it is most helpful in natural play-through the game.

The Power of Music: the Music Disc based Quest
The Power of Music is one of the new side effects introduced in chapter 14 of FF7 Remake – given to you by young Betty when she moves to Wall Market. He will be in a small market area where there is a Jukebox, surrounded by frustrated and angry people.
Communicating with Betty stimulates ‘Music Power’ interest and adds it to your log. He wants you to find music that will make these people happy and that will make them feel better about their situation.
You need three different music discs to complete the Music Power search:

Just picking up the discs is not enough, though: you have to interact with the Jukebox next to Betty and use it to play each of these three songs.
