The Power of Music: the Music Disc based Quest

The Power of Music is one of the new side effects introduced in chapter 14 of FF7 Remake – given to you by young Betty when she moves to Wall Market. He will be in a small market area where there is a Jukebox, surrounded by frustrated and angry people.

Communicating with Betty stimulates ‘Music Power’ interest and adds it to your log. He wants you to find music that will make these people happy and that will make them feel better about their situation.

You need three different music discs to complete the Music Power search:

All three of these are easily accessible in and around the Wall Market area at the time this side of the affair takes place. The exact locations of each are specified directly above as part of the main Music Disc site list.

Just picking up the discs is not enough, though: you have to interact with the Jukebox next to Betty and use it to play each of these three songs. The songs are neatly tagged in the UI with the green quest marker when paired with a jukebox. Every song that excites NPCs is near. Once you have played all three, everyone will be happy. That is the power of music! Completing this desire gives you Sharpshooter’s Friends Vol. III soft, which then provides the Barret 10 SP extra for use in lifting weapons.
