Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that eight Yakuza games will hit PlayStation Plus this year.
The first is Yakuza: Like A Dragon, which will be made available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers as part of the announced August set of games.
Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 will then be released as part of the August catalog of games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members.

Also later this year, Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered and Yakuza 5 Remastered will be available for PlayStation Plus Premium members, while Yakuza 6: The Song of Life will be available for Extra and Premium members. See the article : 5 Strongest Versions Of Loki In Video Games, Ranked.
The first images of another Yakuza game hit the web last week when MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura posted a video of his studio tour at Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio.
Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has confirmed that they are working on the sequel to Yakuza: Like A Dragon and a new IP.
Following an earlier leak, Sony announced on Wednesday that August’s PlayStation Plus games are Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 (PS5 / PS4), Yakuza: Like a Dragon (PS5 / PS4) and Little Nightmares (PS4).
The three games will be available to subscribers from August 2 to September 6.
The PlayStation Plus games from July are still available until August 1. They are: Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s Time (PS5 / PS4), The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan (PS4) and Arcadegeddon (PS5 / PS4).
