One third have private terraces with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

There’s also a French fusion restaurant in the lobby run by Mexican chef Othoniel Alvarez Castaneda, as well as a sleek spa and gym equipped with pelotons. But the hotel’s crowning glory is its spacious rooftop bar, which serves champagne, craft cocktails and 360-degree views of the City of Light. It is scheduled to open in February 2023.
