All eyes are on Justin Herbert this upcoming season.
The third-year star has taken the league by storm in his first two seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers, so much so that he is already considered one of the elite signal callers in the NFL.

However, Martz’s praise has drawn some criticism, given that Herbert has yet to bring the Chargers into the postseason.
On “Speak For Yourself,” Emmanuel Acho explains why Herbert is not overrated but certainly overrated.
“Justin Herbert’s dialogue frustrates me more than any dialogue in NFL history,” Acho said. “You’re praised as a quarterback for winning. I firmly believe winning and losing are quarterbacks. I’ll die on that hill. Why? Because the best quarterback wins and the worst quarterback, they lose. There are exceptions to the rule like anything else…but still it’s just a rule.”

He’s coming off a 5,014 yard season that earned him his first Pro Bowl pick. That figure is second only to Brady, who leads the league with 5,316 passing yards. Herbert’s 38 goals last season was third behind Brady (43) and reigning Super Bowl champion Matthew Stafford (41).
“Look, I love Justin Herbert, and I think he’s going to be great,” Ric Bucher said on SFY. “How great? Tom Brady great? To the point Acho, if you want to compare Joe Burrow to Tom Brady, I’m listening … but Justin Herbert?”
