OLYMPIA – The Washington State Department of Health has taken disciplinary action or withdrawal of charges against the following health providers in our state.
The Health System Quality Assurance Division works with boards, commissions, and advisory committees to set licensing standards for more than 80 health care professions (e.g., dentists, nurses, counselors). Clallam County
Information about healthcare providers is on the agency’s web site. Press “Find a health provider license” under “How to?” part of the Department of Health website (doh.wa.gov).
