Bandai Namco filed new trademark applications this month for Time Crisis and Steel Gunner.
The trademarks cover goods including “arcade video game machines” and “recorded computer game software” and services such as “providing online video games” and “a computer game that network users can access throughout the network via computers.”
It is unclear whether the trademark filings are indicative of any plans to revive the series with new entries.
