The Aramco United States Formula 1 Grand Prix brings one of the biggest weekends of entertainment to Austin, Texas. And while racing activities and activations dominate the scene, the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is not only the ultimate racing destination, it’s also a hub for all things Texas cuisine.

The race welcomes hundreds of thousands of fans from around the world every year and is the perfect opportunity to showcase the best food from across the Lone Star State. Throughout COTA, fans will find different food villages with offerings from over 20 local restaurants and renowned chefs.

COTA welcomes dozens of barbecue pitmasters with every tear during the Formula 1 weekend.

Lockhart’s own Commerce Cafe, run by acclaimed chefs Sarah Heard and Nathan Lemley, will feature locally grown and raised meat and produce in their grilled chicken sammy, served with crispy fries.
