There are nearly three million US citizens living abroad who are eligible to vote in US elections, many of whom have never lived in the United States. Each state is required to count each absentee ballot as long as it is valid and reaches local election officials by the absentee ballot receipt deadline (which varies by state). Now is the time to make your voice heard and your vote count. Next week, on September 28, 2022, the Consular Section of the US Embassy will host an American Night at the Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, to help with voter registration, absentee balloting and complete, and mail ballots to the United States.
