FHI 360 is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Party Leader/Project Director for an anticipated USAID-funded global project, Promoting Outcomes and Outcomes through Political and Economic Levers (PROPEL): Round 3 Youth. With a focus on youth and gender equity, PROPEL is designed to address Family Planning/Reproductive Health (FP/RH) Policy, Advocacy, Financing, and Governance (PAFG), and the integration of FP/ RH with HIV/AIDS and maternal health, newborn and child health (MNCH) programs, policies, and care.

The funding opportunity is expected to cover several program areas aimed at building local capacity and further enabling sustainable health systems to adequately address FP/RH. Within the global sProject Director, core PF/RH resources will be focused on the HRP priority countries and the additional seven Ouagadougou Partnership countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Mauritania, Niger, Togo) .

Position availability is contingent upon USAID funding and approval of key personnel.

The project manager leads the project and is responsible for achieving the project vision and strategy, leading the technical project team, and managing critical relationships with national and international partners and other key stakeholders.
