Soul music legend Roberta Flack is scheduled to receive The Key to the City on Saturday afternoon.

The four-time Grammy winner receives The Key to the City while attending the 20th annual St. Albans Jazz and R&B Festival.

Flack is known for his hits such as “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face”, “Killing Me Softly with His Song” and “Feel Like Makin ‘Love”.

The 85-year-old moved to New York over 50 years ago.

She had a stroke in 2016 that caused her some serious health problems. Flack is still improving and using a wheelchair. The singer is also working on strengthening her voice.

Mayor Eric Adams is scheduled to be present along with City Council President Adrienne Adams.
