Both songs now available across Direct Streaming Platforms, with streaming proceeds to benefit Cleveland Guardians Charities
Cleveland, OH – The Cleveland Guardians today officially released a full-length version of “Are You Ready?”, The band’s second original music song written and recorded locally in Cleveland, along with “We Are Cleveland,” which premiered in March. On the same subject : The Music Commission is calling on the Council to expedite the activation of the Live Music Fund. The Guardians have made both songs available on major live streaming platforms (DSPs) in Los Angeles in collaboration with Position Music in California, and the band’s ongoing streaming portion of the region will benefit the Cleveland Guardians Charities.
Fans can immediately enter “Are you ready?” and through many of our favorite “We Are Cleveland” DSPs, including Apple Music / iTunes, Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music, Pandora, YouTube, SoundCloud, Shazam, Peloton, and Claro Música, among others. Tracks can also be played in establishments equipped with a TouchTunes digital jukebox.
“Are you ready?” It has a powerful solo by Cleveland singer Stacey Richardson, with lyrics that honor the loyalty, pride, and resilience of all who act as Guardians of Land. On July 3, Richardson performed the national anthem at Progressive Field with his family’s gospel choir, Weeden Family Singers, when he began singing at a young age and has toured around the world with leading artists such as Gerald Levert and Anthony Hamilton. “Are you ready?” and “We Are Cleveland” were both co-written with the Guardians and produced by Sam Getz and Jimmy Weaver, two founding members of the Cleveland-based Welshly Arms group. Getz and Weaver on drums are joined by Joey “Coach” Hanna, Bootsy Collins & amp; Gavin DeGraw. Along with the couple are two other members of the Welshly Arms group, Jon Bryant and the Bri Bryant (“Lady Bri”) married couple, along with Richardson. Recording sessions for both songs were held at Blakwall Studios in West Side, Cleveland, with a license from Position Music.
