Once again, the Bobstock Music Festival will fill downtown Fort Morgan with people, music, food vendors and more, with events starting at 17.30. Friday and then start again at 12:30. Saturday and lasts until late at night. In addition, Sunday will bring bonus events when Elevating Life Church presents Faith Day in Glenn Miller Park (aka City Park) in downtown Fort Morgan.

The headlines for Friday and Saturday night at Bobstock were announced by the organizer Media Logic Radio back in April. Eve 6 will rock out in the Dahms-Talton Band Shell from 9:30 p.m. Saturday’s headliner is Starship with Mickey Thomas, which also starts at 9.30pm. in the band shell.

Eve 6 was first formed in 1995 and is best known for its 90s classics, such as the hits “Inside Out” and “Here’s to the Night”. Although they disbanded for a few years in 2004, the original band members reunited in 2011.

Starship with Mickey Thomas was first called Jefferson Airplane and later Jefferson Starship. In 1979 when Thomas joined, the name was again changed to Starship feat. Mickey Thomas. Two of their most famous songs include “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” and “We Built This City”.

But there will be much more music and entertainment on Bobstock beyond the headlines.

On Friday, things start at 5.30 pm. with a breakdance performance of Feel the Beat. Next at 6 p.m., The Circuit Breakers Rock & amp; Roll singers at the Queen Lounge and Eric Lane will play on one of the stages in downtown Bobstock. At 7 p.m., The Rhythm Underground performs its mix of “classic rock hits from the ’60s and’ 70s with tons of vocal harmonies.” It will be followed by “Original Colorado Southern Rock” by Travelin ‘Rose Band at 8pm, until headliner Eve 6 at 9.30pm.

Two events line up after Bobstock on Friday night, with Ain’t From Here Band playing at Club Tap at 11pm. and Allo After Party which takes place at 23.00. at the Queen Lounge.

Saturday brings even more music, with Bobstock events starting at 12:30 p.m. in Glenn Miller Park (aka City Park) and elsewhere downtown. First out again will be the breakdance performance of Feel The Beat. After that comes “raw unfiltered Boom Chick Twang” from West Hwy 7 p.m. 13.00. Then the six-man group The Greenhouse Band plays rock rooted in soul and americana at 14.00. The five-part Talk Box will perform its blues rock / funk mix at 3 p.m. Then the School of Rock Fort Collins plays at the Queen Lounge at 4 p.m. and Persuasion: Tribute to Santana performs at 4 p.m. on a Bobstock scene. At 5:30 p.m., Barre Chord Bangers will play pop-punk covers of music by bands and artists such as Green Day, Sum 41, Reel Big Fish, Lady Gaga & amp; Taylor Swift. Then Hutty & amp; The Rinse Gang plays covers of songs in alternative rock and hip-hop genres at Queen Lounge at 18.00 So at 19:00, the Journey Girls will go to a Bobstock stage to play their “artistic, intense, melodic rock music”, followed by 80’s metal from Mr. Steak at. 20.00. Headliner Starship with Mickey Thomas will close Bobtock at 9:30 p.m. in the band shell.

There’s a post-Bobstock event scheduled for Saturday night, with Cargill Presents: Bobstock After Party Fire Show taking place at 11 in the Queen Lounge.

On Sunday, the music will continue, as Elevating Life Church’s faith day will be held in connection with the Bobstock Music Festival. Faith Day events will take place in Glenn Miller Park (aka City Park) starting at 10 a.m. Sunday and lasting until 2 p.m. more.

In addition to all the free music, there will be lots of food available for purchase from a plethora of vendors.
