What you should know about the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and points

The Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program includes more than 8,000 Marriott properties in 139 countries, so you’d be hard-pressed to find a destination without a location to redeem your rewards. Whether you like to stay at budget hotels like the Fairfield Inn or want a romantic getaway at a luxury hotel like the St. To see also : Capital on Tap business card review: $ 750 sign-up bonus with no queries. Regis, there are hotels to suit all needs.

In addition, Marriott’s loyalty program offers many benefits for frequent guests. However, you’ll be able to take advantage of these benefits much faster because the Marriott Bonvoy Business Amex Card comes with automatic Gold elite status, which gives you benefits like free room upgrades (when available), late check-out, extra points for your stay, and more.

Finally, all of your loyalty rewards should be spent as cash, as they have some value. While airline and hotel loyalty programs typically don’t disclose the value of their points, points and miles experts estimate that Marriott Bonvoy points can be valued at around 0.7 cents per point.

So when you book your next hotel room, check the numbers to see if the room is a bargain. To do this, take the final room price (including taxes and fees) and divide it by the number of points you need to book. If the room is about 0.7 cents per point, it’s probably a good deal. If it’s significantly less, you may want to save your points or look for another property.
