Jamie Foxx is back on Netflix with his new movie Shift. This movie is different from the movies we are used to seeing Foxx. Not only will he make us laugh, but he’ll hunt anemic vampires while doing it!
Day Shift is an upcoming Netflix original film directed by JJ Perry based on a screenplay originally written by Tyler Tice and later rewritten by Shay Hatten. J.J. Perry made his directorial debut on The Day Shift from his usual role as a second-episode director.
The action comedy follows a hard-working father named Bud, who wants to provide for his family. He works as a pool cleaner in the San Fernando Valley, but his job as a pool cleaner is a secret to his real job as a vampire hunter. Besides Foxx, you can expect to see many familiar faces in the film. The cast includes Dave Franco, Snoop Dogg, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Meagan Good, Karla Souza, Steve Howey, Scott Adkins, and others.
