Netflix has released footage from the Korean original movie “Seoul Vibe,” which will be released on August 26, 2022. The action film’s retro look harkens back to the 1980s, when South Korea left military rule in the rearview mirror and experienced a new situation. kind of cool.
The emphasis is on breathtaking driving sequences, classic vehicles, pop visuals and a fine soundtrack.
Directed by Moon Hyun-sung, the stylish heist action film focuses on a team of gangsters who bust a crime ring as the South Korean capital prepares for the 1988 Olympics.
In the days leading up to the Summer Olympics, a team of drivers and mechanics called the Sanggye-dong Supreme Team discovered some suspicious business involving a VIP slush fund. With Yoo Ah-in (as Supreme, a rider with perfect drifting skills), Koh Kyung-Pyo (as a club DJ), Lee Kyu Hyung (as a human navigator), Park Ju-hyun (as a talented motorcyclist), and Ong Seong-wu (as a mechanic Joon-gi) sees the truth behind a huge money laundering ring.
The film is produced by Yoo Hyung-Seok and Kwon Oh-hyun, with Andmarq Studio credited as the production company and UAA as the co-production company.
“Seoul Vibe” will be released soon after the second original shareholder from Korea. Netflix will release “Carter” on August 5, set two months after the outbreak of the pandemic from the Demilitarized Zone. The titular Special Agent Carter wakes up with no memories of her past. His head is literally a bomb and a mysterious voice is heard giving him orders for a special mission. “Carter” is directed by Jung Byung-gil, starring Joo Won and produced by Apeitda Production.
