Lil Baby is the American dream. Although he didn’t grow up wanting to take over the rap game, he has used the art form to become a multi-millionaire with fans around the world as one of the defining artists of today’s generation of rhymers.
Now Amazon Prime Video will paint a picture of his life story that rose from the streets of Atlanta to major festivals around the world.
“If at least one person is inspired to think that their life can change or get closer to what they dream of, then this documentary was worth making,” said the 4PF boss. “I just want to share my story in hopes that it will help others to be their best.”
Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on August 26, and the first trailer for the doc arrived via Complex on Wednesday (July 13).

Directed by Karam Gill, Quality Control founders Pierre “Pee” Thomas and Kevin “Coach K” Lee along with Lil Baby executive produce the project.
