The Ministry of Defense invites the media to cover the proceedings before the trial in the case of the United States against Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarek Bin ‘Attash, Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, Ramzi Bin al Shibh and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, scheduled for Jan. 14-Feb. 4, 2023. The defendants are charged in connection with their alleged roles in the attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001.

Specific coverage windows are identified below as they relate to flight availability. Media wishing to cover this hearing from the Legal Expeditionary Complex located at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) Cuba must complete the online travel request form (link below) to begin the approval process.
