The Department of Defense has invited the media to present the preliminary indictments from October 17-28 for Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the suspect charged in the attack on the USS Cole (DDG 67).

The hearings will take place at the Expeditionary Legal Complex at Naval Base Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in Cuba and will be broadcast to select closed-circuit television stations.

Media may choose to travel to NSGB if they agree to cover the windows indicated below and are willing to pay the associated flight fees ($800); Cover windows are determined by flights, which are from Saturday to Saturday. Special rules will follow the registration. Members of the media should be aware that there may be restrictions on what can be covered during their time at NSGB.
