Hammond takes Alexandria on in non-league football action

ALEXANDRIA BAY, New York (WWNY) — There was light action locally for the Monday holiday.
Among the handful of games, the Alexandria girls soccer team hosted Hammond in a non-league soccer battle.
Hammond scored seconds into the game: Ava Howie found the bottom corner for the goal. The Red Devils were leading 1-0.
Olivia Adsit has been busy all day in front of the Purple Ghosts goal.
It was Adsit again as she covered the loose ball.
At the other end, Landree Kenyon with the save for Hammond.
Hammond continues to beat Alexandria 3-1.
