In the 2nd period, the Lady Saints took a 1-0 lead when Julia Gossling hit a double, tying the score at 1 apiece.
In the 3rd period, it was 3-1 Penn State when Abby Hustler went to the top shelf, cutting Penn State 3-2.
The Lady Saints fall to Penn State 4-2.
In Frontier League Girls Soccer from Watertown High, the Lady Cyclones hosted Lowville.
It was Lowville that had the best chance early, but Mia Hanselman’s shot was tipped over by Ava Virga.
Watertown got on the board first when Willa Overton buried a free kick: 1-0 Watertown in the first half.
Watertown beat Lowville 3-1.
In the Liberty Men’s Soccer Bowl at Hantz Field in Potsdam, Clarkson hosted R.I.T.
This match was scoreless at the end of the 2nd half when the Golden Knights took the lead. Jack Donnelly puts a loose ball into the goal post: 1-0 Clarkson.
Clarkson held on to R.I.T 1-0.
NAC Women’s Soccer SUNY Canton, Lady Roos host NVU-Johnson.
This game will be a defensive battle.
NVU Johnson would beat SUNY Canton on the day 11-7.
