Seattle sports fans can save travel time, parking and gas by taking Sound Transit’s popular Sounder trains to this weekend’s Sounders and Mariners games. Special Sounder service is in addition to regular Link, ST Express and King County Metro light rail service to and from Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park.

The special service will be available on Saturday, September 10 at 5 pm. Sounders vs Austin game.

The southern entry Sounder train departs Lakewood at 2:16 pm. The train will stop at all Sounder stations and arrive at King Street Station at 3:32 pm.

The return train for the south line leaves from King Street Station 35 minutes after the end of the game.

Snohomish County arrival train departs Everett at 2:45 pm. with stops at Mukilteo and Edmonds, arriving at King Street Station at 3:44 pm.

The train back to Everett leaves King Street Station 35 minutes after the game ends.

The Mariners play the Atlanta Braves at 1:10 pm. on Sunday, September 11th.

Another way to avoid queues at ticket vending machines is to get an ORCA card. Cards cost just $3 for adults, plus the amount a passenger chooses to carry in the card’s electronic pouch or the cost of a pass that’s good for unlimited transit travel.

ORCA LIFT fares are available for low-income adult passengers. Regional reduced fare permit holders are seniors over 65 and passengers with disabilities.
