NORMAL, Ill. Illinois State Athletics and its multimedia rights holder, LEARFIELD’s Redbird Sports Properties, have launched the department’s official podcast entitled ‘In The Nest’, hosted by ISU football and men’s basketball radio voice John Fitzgerald.
Powered by The Varsity Network, ‘In The Nest’ will be a new home for digital content from ISU Athletics. which make Redbird Athletics special.
Each episode, Fitzgerald chats with an ISU coach, student-athlete, staff member or alum to discover their life and share their stories. It will also serve as a weekly recap of Redbird Athletics and prepare listeners for what’s to come in the coming weeks.
‘In The Nest’ is now available to stream on Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeart Radio, Spotify and Stitcher. It can also be accessed on GoRedbirds.com under the Inside Athletics tab on the first page.
