The average realtor sells between eight and 12 properties each year. However, Kendra Conyers is not your average realtor.

Conyers sold 42 homes in the first year. His target was 50. Since entering the scene three years ago, it has quickly made a name for itself in the Fayetteville and Charlotte markets. In her short career, the UNC Pembroke graduate has closed on 122 homes and now manages a multi-million dollar brokerage firm: Kendra Conyers & Associates Luxury Real Estate.

Conyers was named a 2019 Top 5 Realtor, a 2020 Top 100 Realtor in North Carolina on Social Media, and in November 2020, was voted #3 in the state in real estate sales by Realty One Group (ROG) agents.

He attributes his newfound success to his personality, drive and God’s grace.

“I’ve never really promoted my real estate business,” he said. “I’m simply telling my story. I’m very transparent about my background, my struggles and the things I didn’t let destroy my life. I think people relate to my story and my honesty.”

Conyers keeps a strict schedule. Real estate spent its childhood in Germany but is one of the many facets of the Army brat that calls Fayetteville home. She is an author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, social media influencer, philanthropist, and founder of She Became, a women’s ministry that uses her knowledge and experience to empower other women.

Real estate may be his forte, but his first passion was film. After graduating in 2011, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. He also tried selling life insurance before relocating to Atlanta to work as a mayoral liaison.

While in Georgia, Conyers founded Girls of Grace, a mentoring service for at-risk teenage girls. He often shared how he overcame his journey as a troubled youth.

“I would encourage them that there is always light on the other side of the darkness,” he said.

Since returning to her hometown, Conyers earned a graduate degree in counseling and continues to make a difference in the lives of others through her book ‘Vitamin K: A Daily Dose: A 40 Day Devotion’ which breaks down part of her story. in daily lessons for young girls. He also created ‘Boss Babe Pink Print’, an e-course designed to help new agents in their careers.

“I try to live my life by showing others what’s possible,” he said. “I encourage my clients, the young women I mentor and anyone I meet to inspire others by spreading light and love wherever you go.

“I love helping people with homes, but often, it goes deeper than selling a home. I have the opportunity to use the tools I have gained from my degrees to serve my clients on a deeper level beyond home ownership and to better serve the women in my ministry.”
