The Politics In The Park 2022 event is scheduled for Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm. at the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
The free event is an opportunity for the community to engage political candidates at the local, state and federal levels. Candidates and campaign staff will be available for questions at their booths and each candidate will be given the opportunity to speak about their goals. It takes place on the green space surrounding the Chamber Building, 35 Lake Morton Drive, Lakeland. Some roads around the building will be closed for the event.

Attendees will be able to take a Straw Poll conducted by Elections Supervisor Lori Edwards during the event. Children can also participate in their own Straw Poll conducted by Lakeland City Commissioner Sara Roberts McCarley with the Randy Roberts Foundation.
