This morning, we heard a wonderful presentation about the powerful Democratic message that will serve us this year: People Over Politics. The DPCC has prepared resources to amplify this message through press releases and op-eds, on social media, and – very importantly – local events.
We encourage you to host events throughout the August District Work Period that highlight our work for Lower Costs, Better Paying Jobs, and Safer Communities. We also encourage you to highlight Republican efforts to criminalize women’s health care decisions, end Social Security and Medicare, and attack our democracy. To sharpen this contrast between Democrats and extreme MAGA Republicans, we urge you to organize events in three Days of Action, in which your constituents may wish to participate in:
Please list your event and share your press clips so we can share and promote your great work. We also encourage you to post about your event on social media using #PeopleOverPolitics.
