OSU President Kayse Shrum signed an agreement with the McMahon Foundation Board of Trustees on Tuesday, recognizing a two-year grant the foundation provides to universities to help create STEM educational opportunities for young people. STEM education is one of the programs that will also be supported by the FISTA Innovation Park being developed at Central Plaza, officials said.
