Job Service Kalispell hosts a free two-day OSHA 10-hour general industry course that teaches employees how to identify, mitigate, avoid and prevent job-related hazards. The course is Tuesday, July 26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday 27 July from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Job Service, 427 1st Ave East, Kalispell.
It includes the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee. After training is completed, students will receive a course completion card from OSHA. The card is intended for employers, employees and students who want to increase their qualifications to work. The course is free, but pre-registration is required.
