Janet Casey, President and Founder of Marketing Doctor, was recently appointed as a Qualified Candidate to the Board of Corporate Directors International. Casey is a spring graduate of the ACE board certification program.

Marketing, advertising and public relations firm Market Mentors recently added three new members to the team. The hires span several departments, including copywriting, account services, and digital advertising.

Mike Connors, from Holyoke, joined the agency as a copywriter. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, he spent the early part of his career working as a reporter for the Daily Hampshire Gazette. He also has experience with podcasting, having worked as an audio editor and content writer for a podcast production company. Small business owner Brittany Dent joined the agency as an account executive with over a decade of experience in branding, photo and video production, social media, trend forecasting and more.

Melissa Ricardi of Ludlow is the agency’s newest digital coordinator. A graduate of Elms College with a bachelor’s degree in computer information technology and graphic design, she will focus on digital advertising campaigns including retargeting and display.

Cornerstone Bank recently promoted Stacie Moulton to the position of Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nichols College, Spencer resident Moulton began his banking career at Spencer Bank, now Cornerstone, where he held various operational positions.

Moulton then worked at Baystate Savings, eventually as a compliance officer, before returning to Spencer Bank as a compliance manager. She was promoted in 2020 to a position of Assistant Vice President.

Wachusett Healthcare announced that Marisa Jones, CEO of Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center in Enfield, has been chosen by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living as a future national leader in long-term and post-acute care.

Jones will join the organizations’ year-long Future Leaders program. The program covers the latest theories and practical applications in quality management, customer satisfaction, and leadership. The year-long program kicks off with the “America’s Future Leaders in Long-Term Care” symposium in Washington, D.C.
