HONOLULU – The government’s Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ (DCCA) Business Registration Division (BREG) reminds businesses to submit their annual reports. The annual saving time depends on the date of registration of the business and can be entered at any time within the quarter to which the file is appropriate.

Businesses registered in the third tranche (July – September) can now submit their annual reports online at https://hbe.ehawaii.gov/annuals. Reports to be included in Part 3 should be submitted to the BREG by midnight (HST) September 30, 2022 in order to prevent late payment of payments.

The cost of writing Hawaii’s annual business reports on the air is as follows:

LLCs, profit companies and LLPs: $ 12.50; Non-Profit Organizations: $ 2.50; and Partnerships: $ 5.00. Accepted online payment forms include credit card, Check, or through Hawaii.gov clerk account.

Please be careful about any letters that do not come from BREG. BREG does not endorse or use any third party service to collect or submit annual business reports.
