CHARLOTTE, N.C. (August 9, 2022) – The City of Charlotte will host its first community events in August to officially launch the public engagement effort that will shape Charlotte’s arts and culture plan.

The city is committed to ensuring that the plan reflects what the community wants for the future of local arts and culture. To do this, the planning team wants to hear from people across the region, whether they live, work or play in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
