MARSHALL – The Southwest Minnesota Arts Council recently awarded $ 10,000 equipment and amp; Grant for facility improvements to JD Productions, Inc. of Jackson.
The funds will be used to purchase a portable stage to allow live theater performances in a greater variety of locations, diversifying the audience and the company’s opportunities, as well as the area’s exposure to live theater.
JD Productions will also enhance their dressing room choice at the Round Lake Community Center by adding rugs and purchasing makeup materials such as brushes, pads and sponges.
