In the last few days, popular movies such as Stephen King’s scary 2017 adaptation have come out of nowhere to give Netflix’s original 2022 movie Spiderhead a run for its money. And while Stranger Things remains as popular as it was last week, the rest of the spots on the TV trending list are up for grabs. Top 10 Movies On Netflix In The U.S. – June 20, 2022
Chris Hemsworth’s eagerly anticipated upcoming Marvel movie Thor: Love and Thunder has yet to be released, but The God of Thunder is already at the top of the list for the next summer action movie. Ever since its debut on Friday 17 June, Spiderhead has been popular with subscribers, topping the list of popular movies on Saturday. The sci-fi thriller directed by Top Gun: Maverick director Joseph Kosinski is now high up, but some competition is rising in the ratings. In second place today is It, the first in a two-part adaptation of Stephen King’s beloved horror film by Andy Muschietti. The top five included Hustle, Jennifer Lopez: Halftime and Chickenhare and the Hamster of Darkness.
The second half of the list of popular movies starts with John Travolta’s 2018 crime drama Speed Kills, the original Netflix movie from 2022, The Amazing Spider-Man, Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol and The Wrath of God, another movie produced by Netflix, which premieres this year.
Top 10 TV Shows On Netflix In The U.S. – June 20, 2022
No wonder, but Stranger Things is at the top of the hill, which is home to the list of popular Netflix TV shows in the US, where it has remained since it premiered last month. And with the last two episodes of the show’s penultimate season in less than two weeks, don’t expect any changes to the top position anytime soon.
