Former African Union diplomat Arikana Chihombori-Quao does not see much hope for this week’s US-Africa Summit.

US officials see Africans as people who “need help” or “should be told what to do”, which is destroying relations between Africa and Washington, according to the former US representative to the African Union. Arikana Chihombori-Quao.
