Germany’s stunning victory over Canada on the first day of the 2022 World Games immediately plunged Group A into chaos and showcased the kind of clean attack that set a new benchmark for top quality, with Germany turning the puck over just six times in the entire game. , scored seven goals from 13 breakaway attempts, and their offense is flawless. In the other Pool A clash of the first day, the USA beat Great Britain in a poor game where three of GB’s seven goals were breakaways, the USA lost possession 10 times and seemed to waste a lot of chances, leaving people wondering , whether Germany’s effective attack will succeed in victory, or whether the disjointed USA will rally and bring their “Game” when it matters.
