CENTER TWP. – The founders of a Beaver County-based sports marketing agency plan to launch an indoor sports complex this spring.
M:7 Sports Inc. the new 38,000-square-foot sports facility operated by the company is scheduled to open June 1 in the Stefanik Industrial Park in Center Township.
M:7 Sports CEO Jim Christiana said he hopes the site will be an “epicenter for all athletes,” a place for teams to train, host tournaments and exercise. The agency will also provide marketing, communications and name, image and likeness or NIL services.
Local coaches can save on travel costs by renting space and hosting practice sessions, overnight camps, regional tournaments, training seminars and more at the complex. Individual athletes can use the all-season space to train year-round and build their athletic brands.
Jen Nolfi, M:7 Sports COO, said the agency’s mission is to “empower young athletes and local teams” by giving them the facilities and training grounds they need to thrive.
“It’s the culmination of everything we’ve worked for since the beginning of M:7 Sports,” Nolfi said.
The site will include 10,500 square feet of artificial turf, three full-size basketball courts and 7,500 square feet of flexible space for fitness and health collaboration.
“We want this to be an invaluable resource for local athletes, coaches and schools, and the heart of a strong and healthy sports community,” said Christiana, a former state representative who has since founded M:7 Agency and public affairs firm M:7 Sports. M:7 Sports is still finalizing the name for the facility, and is actively working with potential partners on a multi-year naming rights deal.
“The visibility of this complex will give this partner across I-376 tremendous exposure to nearly 20,000 commuters each day, but more importantly, it will remind the thousands of visitors inside the facility that their company is investing in our future by providing the next generation with the resources they need to succeed,” he said. says Christiana.
With that visibility and a 12-minute drive from Pittsburgh International Airport, M:7 Sports founders said the location was a factor in securing the Stefanik Industrial Park space.
