MUNISING, Mich. (WLUC) -Up North Sports in Munising will host Yoop Dog Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

The yoga class will be open to all ages and skill levels.

Angela Miller, owner of Yoop Dog Yoga, says yoga provides a much-needed break in a busy world.

“It has really wonderful health benefits, not just physically but mentally,” Miller said. “And we live in a world where we’re constantly moving, so we have a space where we can gather, like-minded people can gather, and good peace and quiet.”

The class is entirely donation based, with half of all donations going to the Munising Bay Trail Network.
