With multiple of college football’s top teams coming off losses in Week 10, the updated college football rankings are ready to reset over the final three weeks of the regular season. In CBS Sports 131, our comprehensive ranking of every FBS team, which includes a change at No. 1 to get another unique top-three combination and the highest ranking yet for two College Football Playoff contenders.

Now that the Bulldogs are coming off their best win ever — and arguably one of the best wins of the season for any team — after a two-touchdown win against Tennessee, Georgia has moved from No. 3 to No. 1 right away.
What is the most talented football team?
It was a situation where the Buckeyes, who defeated Northwestern over the weekend amid inclement weather, might not have been able to defend a Georgia rebound regardless of the margin against the Wildcats. But with a closer-than-expected final in Evanston, Illinois, it became easier for our voters to make the decision to put the Bulldogs at No. 1.

The Crimson Tide dropped four spots to No. 10, while the Tigers fell out of the top 10 entirely, falling seven spots to No. 12.

On Thursday, 247Sports released its 2022 Team Talent Composite rankings. This ranking system is based on the draft ranks of each player on the entire roster for all FBS football teams. Based on these rankings, Duck fans can see that Oregon is ranked in the top ten in the nation, seventh overall.
