Allison Wax joins Coldwell Banker as executive

Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, a Las Vegas Valley real estate company with three offices and 300 agents, has promoted Allison Wax to vice president of Client Services. While Allison has worked with the Prime Minister for four years, she has previously worked with a real estate agent for 14 years and has worked in various positions and in the real estate industry. In her new role, she directs the company’s policies to improve national and local business processes such as corporate migration, consultants and affiliate programs.

Wax’s most recent position at the Premier is as director of business development and customer relations, where she has worked side by side with local and national companies and organizations to help rehabilitate them and their housing needs.

Wax is also a member and has worked with several outside organizations such as the Vegas Business Center, LVGEA, Nevada Development Authority, Las Vegas HEALS and has served on the Realtors Las Vegas Board of Trustees since 2019 and is President-elect 2022. She is a member of Council of Directors.

Originally from Simi Valley, California, she has been a Las Vegas resident for over 27 years.

Corcoran Global Living is taking the initiative

Corcoran Global Living has appointed Christal Park Keegan, Esq., As its in-house consultant for Nevada offices. She has previously worked with Realtors Nevada where she changed the Legal Information Line and provided related services, including legal news and videos, to its more than 20,000 members. Keegan continued its legal work, the Keegan Act, where its company issued a recent update to the Nevada Real Estate Division Rules and Guide (Fifth Edition).

Keegan has practiced law in Nevada since 2012, specializing in housing, land planning and corporate and commercial law. She is also licensed as a lawyer in Hawaii and has a Nevada real estate license. Keegan was in or near the assets of her life; she grew up with parents and relatives doing physical work in Hawaii.

Keegan graduated from Maryknoll High School in Hawaii, earned a degree in economics from San Diego State University and Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, South Royalton. She has worked as a lawyer for the National College of Law in Reno and Chapman Law Firm in Northern Nevada.

In Hawaii, before moving to Reno, she worked for an insurance law firm and the University of Hawaii’s Department of Information, Manoa, agreed.

Dickson Commercial has launched a health care department

Dickson Commercial Group, a Reno-based commercial company, has announced the establishment of a new healthcare division, DCG Medical Group.

The group includes an eight-member team led by Jamie Krahne, previously with Essemble Real Estate Solutions.

“Both Ensemble and Jamie have had great success in developing, renting and maintaining homes in our state healthcare industry,” said Dominic Brunetti, chief executive at DCG.

The team will continue to lease 396,888 square feet of property management services on three Reno Hospital premises and 692,888 square feet on six Las Vegas Hospital premises.

Krahne will lead DCG Med as its senior vice president. Krahne is a healthcare professional who oversees the rental, sales, asset management and construction of over 1 million square feet of Nevada medical space.

She also works as an active rental agent on behalf of private medical associations and various hospital systems as a housing consultant.

Mike Tymczyn will continue to be the vice president of leasing six health centers in the Las Vegas market. It brings more than 15 years of involvement into the Southern Nevada health care community.

He worked for The Valley Health System, St. Rose Dominican Neighborhood Hospitals: Dignity Health, North Vista Hospital and Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. Tymczyn will focus on rental in Las Vegas, Henderson and surrounding areas.

Also in Las Vegas, Lily Ponce, the RBA will continue as a hiring assistant with a focus on supporting Krahne and Tymczyn.

In Northern Nevada, Nikki Tanner, senior property manager, will lead DCG Med Group’s Reno real estate portfolio of three hospitals including Northern Nevada Medical Center, St. Mary’s Center for Health and Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center.

She will continue to oversee the Copperfield Health Building in South Reno. Tanner brings 23 years of asset management experience to the organization and teaches prevention courses for asset management.

Mark Rumble will lead the engineering team with building engineer Fred Bonnenfant who shares a 20-year partnership.

Elisa Weeks, a real estate assistant, has been involved in real estate since 2001 and is licensed in Nevada and California. Cody Chorjel is the accountant who oversees all financial reporting for the Northern Nevada portfolio.
