The number of contracts signed by the Hamptons in June 2022 is down 17% per month over the month and 53% over the year. That said, the final price mediation of the lists received on contracts in June 2022, although down 11.7% per month, increased by 14.5% year-on-year. The number of days from the sales list to the signing of the contract has decreased both over the month and the following year by 36.4% and 50.7% respectively – by only 35 days.
