After several years without a summer festival due to the pandemic, the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce rebranded the former Wine and Music Festival as the Brighton Arts and Music Festival.
Chamber events director Linda Carey said the event hosted more than 100 vendors with 80 artists. Friday’s music was provided by Kari Holmes, playing from 6 to 9 p.m. On Saturday, the Corktown Popes performed from 5 to 8 p.m.
An early downpour on Friday forced several vendors to cover their art, but the weather cleared soon after, and a large crowd descended to take in the art, music and food trucks that lined Main Street.
