August 1, 2022 – DENTON – The annual holiday concert, A Very Merry Concert!, will wrap up the 17-event calendar of the Texas Women’s University Division of Music for the fall of 2022.

The season will open with the College Recital: Pam Youngblood, Flute, on September 20, followed by the TWU College Voice Recital: “Songs My Students Taught Me” on September 22. Both performances will be at the Margo Jones Performance Hall in the Music Construction starting at 7:30 pm. Entrance is free.

There will be seven ticketed concerts at the Margo Jones Performance Hall:

Admission to ticketed shows is $10 for general admission, $5 for students/seniors, and free for children under 12. Tickets are available online and links to purchase tickets are in the event schedule. All events are free for TWU Music students. Student ticket prices apply to TWU students in other departments, elementary students and students from other universities. A valid student card is required. Senior ticket prices apply to customers aged 62 and over.

Two free performances will be held at Little Chapel-in-the-Woods, Faculty Recital: Carlo Pezzimenti, guitar on November 15th and TWU Guitar Ensemble Concert on November 17th.
