Many customers have contacted us asking how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid disease, but we need to understand that disease management is multifactorial and there are many aspects that contribute to this. Integrative medicine with a change in meals, physical activity, good sleep and emotional health are all essential because there is nothing that can make you sick; it is a cumulative effect of poor lifestyle and eating habits. Let’s look at the factors that contribute to a disease and try to improve them:
Chronic Constipation
When a person is faced with chronic constipation, it means that all the toxic waste that should actually be out of the body is accumulating in the system. These toxins are broken down into acids and gases, which penetrate the blood and cause toxicity – the main cause of inflammation. We need to keep the body’s excretory organs clean so that there is no build-up of toxic substances. Increase fiber intake by eating vegetables, drink more water to naturally flush out the toxins, try a tablespoon of triphala mixed in water for seven days before bedtime to clear the stomach the next morning.
Sleep deprivation
Only when we enter a deep sleep cycle does our body undergo the proper processes for healing. But sleep deprivation prevents our bodies from getting these benefits. It reduces immunity by 70 percent. Low immunity can lead to various diseases in the body. Avoid glowing gadgets before bed. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder to a cup of plain water or chamomile tea and drink before bed to calm the mind and body.
