The product bears the establishment number “P-46987” on the USDA inspection mark. These items were shipped to Trader Joe’s locations in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

The dressing package with salad contains Sweet and Spicy Vinaigrette instead of Creamy Caesar Dressing.
