Impossible Meatball
Fortunately, the festival offers many plant-based options, including an impossible meatball at the Earth Eats booth, hosted by the meat alternative company. Pistachio Cake
Stop at Tangierine Café: The Flavors of the Medina to grab this sweet delight. The pistachio cake is enclosed in cinnamon custard and candied walnuts.
