Wagner College’s Nicolais School of Business welcomes three new, full-time, tenure-track professors in accounting and management to its faculty, Dean Aarti Ivanic announced recently.
“We are thrilled to have Heyun Li, Sajad Ebrahimi and Jing Chen join our faculty this fall,” said Ivanic. “They enrich our school with their expertise in accounting, supply chain and logistics, and marketing, respectively, and infuse our curriculum with their depth of knowledge in the field of analytics. They are committed to student success, and their experiences help our students on an ever-changing Prepare business world.
Heyun Li-Ore recently earned her doctorate in accounting from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where she taught courses in managerial and financial accounting. She earned her master’s degree in accounting (internal audit and tax track) from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, and her bachelor’s degree from Southeast University in Nanjing, China.
Sajad Ebrahimi recently earned his doctorate in supply chain management from North Dakota State University, where he taught courses in supply chain and operations management, business software applications, and transportation and logistics modeling. He earned his master’s degree in industrial and socioeconomic systems engineering from Kharazmi University in Tehran, Iran, and his bachelor’s degree from Qazvin Azad University in Qazvin, Iran.
Jing Chen has been an assistant professor of marketing for the past three years at Texas A&M University Kingsville, where she has taught courses in marketing and analytics. She received her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso, a Master’s in Management from Kedge Business School in Marseille, and a Master’s in Economics from Tongji University in Shanghai.
