July 27 (Reuters) – Netflix Inc’s ( NFLX.O ) streaming service is back up after experiencing a brief outage on all devices, the company said on Wednesday evening.
At its peak, there were more than 1,300 incidents of people reporting problems with Netflix, according to outage tracking website Downdetector, which collects status reports from various sources in the United States.
The outage lasted more than an hour, Downdetector said.
Netflix has nearly 221 million paying subscribers globally, and remains the dominant streaming service around the world.
