If you’ve been keeping up with Netflix’s Top 10 rankings this weekend, then you’re sure to know that there’s an interesting set of options on the film and TV list. The former has been led by Sing 2 of late, while the latter still belongs to the dominant Stranger Things. While there were other moves here and there, Saturday featured an interesting development: no TV listings shifted from Friday. However, that’s no longer the case on this lovely Sunday, July 3rd, and we’ll dive in and see what has changed:

Top 10 Movies On Netflix In The U.S. – July 3, 2022

The animated showstopper Sing 2 is still No. 1 on Netflix’s list of movies in the U.S. It’s not hard to see why given the high praise it received on last year’s release and its cast, which was filled with plenty of heavy hitters. With that, the film stays ahead of The Man from Toronto which is still in second place. That’s still not bad for a film that sees Kevin Hart face off against Woody Harrelson. (I have a hunch the 2015 thriller will shake things up in the standings.) Also, up from eight to four is Old School, one of the college comedies you can stream. And the fifth slot now belongs to Mark Wahlberg’s Contraband, which the star once hoped to turn into a reality TV series.

Hustle, Adam Sandler’s stellar basketball drama, is now in sixth place, down two spots from Saturday. Behind him is the 2007 film adaptation of The Mist, the film which was in third place yesterday. The Dark Knight Rises has also entered the fight at No. 8 (and you can see some behind-the-scenes facts about Christopher Nolan’s last Batman film while you’re at it). Love & Gelato has moved back four spaces to land in ninth, and tenth is occupied by another newcomer on the list, the critically acclaimed Zero Dark Thirty.

Top 10 TV Shows On Netflix In The U.S. – July 2, 2022

Stranger Things remains the champion when it comes to TV listings. Fans were eagerly awaiting the second volume of Season 4, and that translated into some great buzz for those final two episodes. (Careful: the finale was plentiful, but fans were pleased with at least one key aspect.) Umbrella Academy is still trailing behind the Duffer Brothers show, as it continues to hold on to the No. 2. The UnXplained and The Upshaws also managed to maintain the third and fourth positions. Fifth place, however, has been taken by the Adak Gold Pirates, who rose from ninth.

Snowflake Mountain proves that it won’t be moving, as the series is still in sixth place. Legacy (one of the shows ending here in 2022) is currently seventh, having held its fifth on Saturday. It was followed by fellow CW drama All American, which dropped just one place and landed in eighth place. To see also : Best new movies on Amazon Prime Video in June 2022.
